Business Development Manager – Defense/Military
We are looking for a talented individual to bring their proven business development and sales experience in order to enhance and expand our products
and services within the defense/military market. As an integral part of senior management, you will be a key individual in defining a strategic business plan. Responsibilities will include, identifying and capturing new business opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, directing internal and external business development activities, assisting in proposal development and implementation. The requirements for this position must include demonstrated experience in working with senior personnel in the DOD and major defense prime contractors (i.e. Lockheed Martin, Raytheon and Northrop Grumman). Extensive knowledge of the DOD acquisition process is a prerequisite. The ideal candidate will have a BSEE (minimum) in addition to 7-10 years experience in defense/military sales. Travel is required.

RF Engineer
Innovative, experienced RF Design Engineer to solve complex RF/Microwave equipment problems. Creative ability is required to provide technical design and analysis expertise for new designs, reverse engineering of obsolete assemblies and components used in radar and communication equipment. Must have strong RF/Microwave design and test background. Familiarity in high power, analog and digital circuitry a plus. Support Sales and Marketing departments with new design concepts for replacement of obsolete assemblies and new production development, technical proposals and presentation. Must be able to assist technicians in developing test methodology and in troubleshooting RF/Microwave equipment. The candidate will also be responsible for the generation of schematics (including detailed identification of components), circuit analysis, writing of test plans, technical proposals and specification control documents, as well as interfacing with project vendors and customers. Take charge engineer with strong verbal, written and presentation skills.
EDUCATION: BSEE and 5-6 years in Electronic industry.

Must be able to provides support for gyroscope operations by supplying Engineering expertise and guidance. Develops designs by using state of the art CAD systems, using standard drawing terminology. Improves efficiency of assembly by analyzing operations, tooling and recommending new strategies; using state of the art technology as needed. Maintains schedules by supplying solution in a timely manner. Improves products and procedures by making, reviewing and approving engineering changes. Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing USD standards. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending technical workshops; reviewing technical publications and participating in professional societies.
Education: BSME. Experience: 5-7 years in a manufacturing environment. Skills: Computer Knowledge. CAD system usage. Knowledge of manufacturing drawing practices. Familiar with manufacturing and machine processes

Must be able to work with engineers on breadboarding and finalizing circuits and test equipment from schematics. Must have knowledge and usage of various electrical test equipment such as oscillascopes, spectrum analyzers, frequency meters. Must be ableto troubleshoot and maintenance of all company designed and purchased test equipment. Knowledge of analog and digital components for design of test equipment.
